Client’s Problem
The field of assisted human reproduction in Spain faces a critical challenge: the lack of recognition and proper working conditions for clinical embryologists. Despite playing a fundamental role in fertility treatments, these professionals often encounter job instability, limited career growth, and inadequate acknowledgment of their contributions. To address this, the “Transparency in Assisted Human Reproduction” conference were created: an event designed to shed light on these issues, foster discussions, and drive meaningful change in the sector.
Solution
Beyond the motion poster, we developed a cohesive visual identity, including presentations, roll-up banners, and brochures. This visual elements communicate a sense of trust, accessibility, and professionalism, ensuring that the event stands out from traditional conferences while reinforcing its commitment to real solutions.
The design idea
The core concept behind our design was clarity and revelation, a direct reflection of the event’s mission to bring transparency to the challenges faced by clinical embryologists. We created a motion poster where the event’s name gradually reveals itself through shifting forms and transparencies. This not only generates curiosity but also visually represents the broader goal of uncovering and addressing key issues in the field.

With this new identity, the “Transparency in Assisted Human Reproduction” conference effectively differentiates itself as a pioneering and solution-driven event. It not only raises awareness about the challenges faced by clinical embryologists but also provides a platform for change. By fostering engagement among professionals and patients, the conference strengthens its impact, positioning itself as a key initiative in advancing both the profession and the quality of assisted reproduction services in Spain.
